Q: What membership plans do you offer?

A: QuantAlgoLab offers three membership tiers: Foundation, Professional, and Institutional. Each tier provides access to a specific library of trading bots, member resources, and updates.

Q: Do you offer quarterly and yearly subscriptions?

A: Yes. We offer both quarterly and yearly subscription plans depending on the product package you choose. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

Q: Will my membership renew automatically?

A: Yes. All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may manage renewal settings at any time from your account dashboard.

Q: Can I upgrade my membership plan?

A: Yes. You may upgrade at any time. Once upgraded, your account will immediately receive access to the expanded product library based on your new membership level.

Q: Can I downgrade my membership plan?

A: Yes. Downgrades are supported. Your access will be adjusted based on the plan active at your next billing cycle.

Q: How do I cancel my membership subscription?

A: You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Q: Can I pause my membership instead of cancelling?

A: Currently, memberships cannot be paused. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel and re-subscribe later at any time.

Q: Where can I view invoices and billing history?

A: You can view your membership details, billing history, and invoices from your account dashboard after login.

Q: What payment methods are supported?

A: We accept secure online payments via Stripe, including major credit and debit cards. Payment processing is handled through Stripe’s secure checkout infrastructure.

Membership Access & Download Entitlements

Q: What can I download under each membership level?

A: Download access is based on your active subscription tier: Foundation members can download all bots under the Foundation library Professional members can download all Professional bots plus all Foundation bots Institutional members can download all bots across all membership levels Your account will automatically display only the products included in your plan.

Q: Can I download bots multiple times?

A: Yes. While your membership is active, you may re-download available bots anytime through your account dashboard.

Q: Where do I find my download links after subscribing?

A: After checkout, download access is available through your member dashboard. You must log in using the email used during subscription.

Q: I subscribed but I cannot download certain bots. Why?

A: This typically occurs when the bot belongs to a higher membership tier than your current plan. Please confirm your membership level and product category. If you believe access is incorrect, contact support with your account email.

Q: Can I share my download files with others?

A: No. Membership access and downloads are strictly for the subscribed account holder. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing bots is prohibited.

Q: Can I use the bots on multiple devices?

A: Yes, you may download and install bots on your own devices and trading terminals, provided usage remains under your membership license terms.

Q: Why do downloaded files include an expiry date?

A: QuantAlgoLab uses a secure delivery system that embeds an expiry date into downloaded bot files. This ensures members always use updated and verified versions and helps protect licensing and intellectual property.

Q: What happens when my membership expires?

A: When your membership expires, access to downloads and updates will end. Bots delivered through our system may stop functioning after the embedded expiry date. To restore access, simply renew your membership.

Q: If I cancel, can I still use the bots forever?

A: No. Continued access and usage is tied to an active membership. Bots may include expiry validation and may stop functioning after the expiry date embedded into the file.

Q: Can I subscribe for one month, download everything, and cancel?

A: Downloads are available only during active membership. Files delivered through our secure system may include expiry validation linked to subscription status. Continued usage and access to updates requires an active membership.

Q: Is the expiry system linked to my account?

A: Yes. Downloaded files may contain validation information linked to your membership account status and expiry period.

Q: Will renewing my membership extend the bot expiry?

A: Yes. Once renewed, you will be able to download updated files with refreshed expiry validity based on your active subscription period.

Installation & Setup (cTrader / MT4 / MT5)

Q: Which platforms are supported?

A: QuantAlgoLab products may support cTrader, MetaTrader 4 (MT4), or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) depending on the bot. Each product page clearly specifies platform compatibility.

Q: Do you provide installation instructions?

A: Yes. Installation instructions are included in the download package or available in the member dashboard. If you require assistance, support is available via email.

Q: I installed the bot but it does not trade. What should I check?

A: Please confirm the following: Algo trading is enabled on your platform Correct symbol and timeframe are selected Broker trading conditions (spread/slippage) are acceptable Required parameters are configured correctly The bot is not blocked by platform permissions or account restrictions If the issue continues, contact support with screenshots and logs.

Q: Can I run multiple bots at the same time?

A: Yes. However, running multiple bots increases exposure and risk. We recommend proper risk allocation and testing before deploying multiple systems simultaneously.

Q: Do the bots work with all brokers?

A: Bots generally work with most brokers, but performance depends on execution quality, spreads, commission structure, slippage, and trading conditions. We recommend using reputable brokers with stable liquidity.

Q: Are the bots optimized for specific instruments?

A: Some bots are designed for specific symbols such as XAUUSD, BTCUSD, or major forex pairs. Always refer to the product documentation and recommended settings.

Q: Do you guarantee profits?

A: No. Trading involves significant risk. Performance depends on market conditions, broker execution, spreads, slippage, and user configuration. QuantAlgoLab provides algorithmic tools but does not guarantee profit.

Q: Are backtest results the same as live trading results?

A: No. Backtests are simulated and may not fully reflect real-world conditions such as slippage, spread widening, execution delays, and news volatility. Live results may differ materially.

Q: Do your bots trade during news events?

A: Some bots may include news or volatility-based logic. However, spreads and slippage during high-impact events can be unpredictable. Users are responsible for selecting appropriate risk settings.

Q: What risk settings should I use?

A: Yes. Most bots support parameter optimization. However, over-optimization can lead to curve fitting. We recommend robust testing across multiple market periods.

Updates & Version Control

Q: Do I receive bot updates?

A: Yes. Active members receive access to bot updates, improvements, and bug fixes released during their subscription period.

Q: How do I download the latest version of a bot?

A: Log in to your account and access your downloads. Updated versions will be available within your membership library.

Q: Will older versions continue to work?

A: Older versions may not remain supported and may stop functioning if expiry validation is reached. We recommend using the latest official release.

Q: How will I know when a new update is released?

A: Major updates may be announced through member notifications or updated within the downloads section. Members are encouraged to check their dashboard regularly.

Account, Login & Technical Issues

Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

A: Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset your password. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

Q: I did not receive my checkout confirmation email. What should I do?

A: Please check your spam/junk folder. If the email is not received within 10 minutes, contact support and provide your payment email address.

Q: Can I change my email address after subscribing?

Q: Can I resell or redistribute QuantAlgoLab bots?

A: No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited. All products are protected under licensing terms and remain the intellectual property of QuantAlgoLab.

Q: Can I share my membership login with a friend?

A: No. Membership access is for a single account holder only. Sharing login credentials violates membership terms and may result in suspension.

Q: Is there a download limit?

A: QuantAlgoLab may apply fair usage limits to prevent abuse and protect server resources. Normal usage is not affected.

A: Due to the nature of digital subscriptions and immediate access to downloadable products, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. However, billing errors, duplicate charges, or technical access issues will be reviewed case-by-case.

Q: What if I was charged twice?

Q: Can I request cancellation immediately after subscribing?
